KEPEMIMPINAN ADAPTIF: KUNCI KEBERHASILAN MANAJEMEN SDM DI ERA SOCIETY 5.0

This study aims to analyze how adaptive leadership becomes a key factor in successfully managing human resources (HR) to meet new competency demands in the Society 5.0 era. This research uses a literature study by reviewing various relevant journals and research findings. The results show that adaptive leadership plays an important role in building a culture of continuous learning, encouraging the development of digital competencies, and creating a collaborative work environment that enables optimal HR empowerment. In addition, adaptive leaders are able to maintain a balance between technological demands and human values, ensuring employee well-being. The study also found that the success of HR transformation does not rely solely on technological investment, but on the leader’s ability to respond to change with a visionary approach, manage resistance, and ensure inclusive and sustainable HR empowerment strategies. Thus, adaptive leadership becomes a strategic foundation for improving organizational competitiveness amid the dynamics of Society 5.0.
